Bright Dipping is a chemical or electro-brightening treatment which produces an extremely high luster on aluminum or copper alloy. The way that bright dip achieves this high luster is by smoothening the surface of the aluminum or copper alloy at the microscopic level. The bright dip procedure is often used as a pretreatment for anodizing to enhance the aesthetic qualities of a part. 0 E4 `' ]/ Q" D+ Q

網(wǎng)上現(xiàn)抄的，應(yīng)該是多次酸洗的第二道。因為目的不一樣，一道酸洗只為去除銹蝕，二道酸洗才是達(dá)到鏡面光澤0 Q2 T8 |1 i7 m( p$ R

9 R3 w; r& S' Z" U9 ^0 ^第一步酸洗處理后不能完全除盡氧化膜，表面附著一層灰色膜，光澤較差，必須經(jīng)過第二步酸洗，除去表面灰色膜，使其達(dá)到近似鏡面光亮; _& m$ f% y+ r( j  s% @& o

這個意思是不是：酸洗拋光是一種獲得路鋁合金銅合金高光澤表面的化學(xué)的或電的拋光處理方法。他是一種通過在鋁合金和銅合金的微觀層面達(dá)到平滑的方法。酸洗拋光常用于陽極氧化的前處理而使零件獲得更加美觀的外觀狀態(tài)。
