Allthreaded features shall have a countersink or chamfer, countersink diameter equalto the major diameter by 90°, chamfers diameter equal to the minor diameter by 90°.

" j6 s+ Q! t- T3 o% w所有帶螺紋的部位應(yīng)倒角或加工一個(gè)沉頭孔，沉頭孔的直徑在90°角度上與螺紋大徑相等，倒角直徑在90°上與螺紋小徑相等。

It seems like the "all threaded features" here are intersections between part surfaces and threaded areas instead of fastener or screw threaded features.
