Provides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly0 {7 |9 ^# X/ [" d. [1 n% w
Key Accountabilities9 X' {( h0 q8 r
1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area. " L4 D: _& U. l- x, e4 f
2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
4 w( k& `' v% m) U) @3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;. Z$ _# @, z$ J+ [! S8 s% u8 G, z
4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .

6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost . V8 s- t [4 O) k6 c& Z# Q, w
7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed." C/ [( S& ^. E/ z4 R$ E
8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project;

1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering
7 `6 G2 H. G5 }8 M( t2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting
9 K' \; l; S5 M( l3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
; V6 _' Y4 J1 h4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system

6. Able to read and speak English (conversation level)
