該用ISO9001-2008中的哪一條應(yīng)對?

各位大俠你們好,小弟有一件事向各位請教請各位多多指點!!!
我們是一個外貿(mào)公司，最近從我們的供應(yīng)商哪邊移走模具,供應(yīng)商給我們發(fā)了一個郵件說他們工廠在未經(jīng)許可以的條件下是不準(zhǔn)讓我們拍照的,
5 x5 `1 Q+ K) ]  c而我只是在移模具的過程中對我們的模具進(jìn)拍照留下移走時的狀態(tài)照片,我是在他們的寫字樓對我們的模具進(jìn)行拍照的也當(dāng)著他們工廠最高負(fù)責(zé)人員的面做的這些事情,我并沒有在他們工廠生產(chǎn)重地以及他們工廠的技術(shù)重地帶相機(jī)進(jìn)去進(jìn)行拍照，我只是借用了他們的相機(jī)拍了而已請看他們郵件：

As per our tel conversation , We have already issue the control measure of using our camera.

But following is still have to be noted by QC

the taking of photographs in our factory not allowed,

Except those for taking relevant products of your company’s  

or had been authorized by the factory.

Any unauthorized usage/application of

the information gain through our internal network,

the pictures taken of our factory

or other products except your company’s ,

Might  lead to legal actions to the person whom unauthorized used:

請告之該用ISO9001-2008中的哪一條應(yīng)對?
