4：尺寸超差：  圖紙要求 Φ150+0.04孔中心線與底面尺寸為145±0.03mm,實(shí)測144.94mm
2 g8 \. S8 ^) Q  k( g8 N3 ~5：裝配基準(zhǔn)面有2處補(bǔ)焊，凸0.03mm（長15mm寬5mm）附照片

1.Perpendicularity is out of tolerance: drawing's  requirement is Φ125±0.011, perpendicularity tolerance of the outer circle and end face is 0.03mm, fact measurement is 0.06mm.
2. Parallelism is out of tolerance: the required parallelism between the bottom assemble datum plane and guide installiaton plane is 0.02mm, fact measurement is 0.05mm.

4. Dimension is out of tolerance: drawing's  requirement is Φ150+0.04, distance between the hole center and the bottom is required 145±0.03mm, fact measurement is 144.94mm.
3 S( B( ]4 x0 |2 W5. There are two repair-welding on the assemble datum plane, protruding 0.03mm(15mm long and 5mm wide), see attached photo.
